Return Policy

Please read carefully before ordering.
1. Check Before You Order:
Please double-check your size chart, color, logo, and quantity before confirming your order. As all products are custom-made with your logo, we cannot accept returns for wrong size/color selected by the customer.

2. 30-Day Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return window.  If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unwornIn the same original condition as receivedIn its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount. We do not refund original shipping charges for refused packages.

4. Restocking Fee:
OZI Boxing reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for all returns or to refuse returns at our discretion, especially for custom logo products.

5. Product Warranty (30 Days):
OZI Boxing warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos/videos of the issue. You may be asked to return the product for our quality team to inspect.
