By purchasing and using our products, the user voluntarily assumes all risks of injury to themselves and others. OZI Boxing, its owners, and manufacturers assume no liability or responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, or death that may result from the use or misuse of our products.

Always train under the supervision of a qualified coach and use proper technique.

1. General & Company Information
OZI Boxing is a manufacturer and wholesale supplier of custom boxing and MMA gear. All products on this site are manufactured at our facility in Kotli Loharan West, 51220, Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. Our official contact is [email protected] and WhatsApp +923077280642.

2. Custom Orders & Artwork Approval
a) All products with a custom logo, color, or size are made to order.
b) We will send you a free digital mockup for approval before production. Production will only begin after you confirm the mockup in writing (via email/WhatsApp).
c) Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
d) Colors may vary slightly from the mockup due to material batches and screen resolution. Pantone codes must be provided for exact color matching.

3. Pricing & Payment
a) All prices are listed in USD and are FOB Sialkot, Pakistan unless stated otherwise.
b) Payment Terms: 50% advance to confirm order, 50% balance before shipment via Bank Transfer (T/T), Western Union, or MoneyGram.
c) We reserve the right to change prices without notice due to material costs. Your price is locked once advance payment is received.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Customs
a) Standard Delivery: 7-9 business days. Expedited: 3-4 business days after manufacturing.
b) Manufacturing time for custom orders is 5-7 business days.
c) You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are not included in our price.
d) OZI Boxing is not liable for delays caused by customs or courier services.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
a) Custom logo products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
b) For non-custom, stock items, we offer a 30-day return policy. Item must be unused, in original packaging.
c) Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer and are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
d) Warranty: 30 days against manufacturing defects only. Does not cover misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Contact us with photos within 48 hours of receiving a defective item.
